Hot Chip - Ready for the Floor
I’ve been listening to Hot Chip’s discography a lot this week. The thing I love about Hot Chip is that they like to experiment with their sound so much. In some cases it works really well but I can’t say that’s always true. In most of their earlier stuff they seemed to lack focus and crafted multiple sounds in multiple directions. As they’ve grown as a band they’ve refined their palette a bit but have really come into their own in branding that Hot Chip sound. If you’ve never looked into Hot Chip before you’re bound to find some real gems but you’re going to have to do some sorting.
Instead of carving up the wall, why don’t you open up, we’ll talk?
